I caught this young man "walking on the water" at Isle of Palms on April 23. He was on a board and propelling himself with a paddle around seven thirty in the morning when the sun was coming up and there was only a little breeze. I don't know how cold the water was but I wore jogging clothes.Saturday, April 25
